The source of the resume can be an original paper hard copy, a fax, or a computer generated version such as an email message or any .txt or .doc file. !Trak-It Extract uses very sophisticated extraction technology to precisely locate an applicant’s name and address, email, previous employers with dates of employment, education, and skills. Resumes do not have to be written in any predetermined format since !Trak-It Extract works with most resume formats.
The manual data entry work is substantially reduced and many errors are eliminated. You can use almost any scanner, preferably one with a sheet feeder, to quickly read a stack of resumes since the extraction is done from a text file.
