!Trak-It Applicant includes numerous Detail and Summary reports to help ensure your compliance with government (AAP) hiring practice requirements.
There are also special AAP report variations help you identify which
applicants have missing EEO data, while other reports can provide you
with an analysis by Reject Reason, Referral Source, or Current Status. !Trak-It Applicant also can export the appropriate data to other systems such as Yocum-McKee AAP.
Standard Reports
- Applicant
Information: by name, by number, by source, by status, by requisition,
by application date, by position desired, by recruiter, by reject
reason, complete profile of all data, follow-up reports.
- Applicant
Status and Analysis: invitation scheduling, activity analysis (by
recruiter, by requisition, by source, totals), routing status,
applicant status history.
- Affirmative Action (EEO):
detail, summary, adverse impact analysis, unknown items, analysis (by
source, by reject reason, by status).
- Costs and Requisition
Information: costs of hire (by requisition or total costs), requisition
information (by department, by recruiter, by requisition), requisition
profile of all data, requisition analysis (opened, closed, on hold, or
no activity).
- Search: for skills, for a school, for a past employer, or for anything you desire.
- Letters: unlimited custom letters, mailing labels, letter history by applicant.
- Code
Tables: departments, divisions, locations, reject reasons, EEO classes,
requisition codes, positions, ethnicity codes, past employers, skills,
recruiters, status codes, referral sources, schools, job titles, job
types.
Custom Letters and Reports
A powerful Custom Report Writer is included, allowing you to design
your own reports. You can sort and select records and include headings,
subheadings, subtotals, grand totals, as well as calculated columns.
You can start with a copy of a standard report and modify it by adding
data elements, moving items, changing fonts, or adding color and logos.
Or you can start from scratch and design your own. Letter Generator
The built-in Letter Generator allows you to create an unlimited number
of form letters. Any letter can be generated immediately or produced in
a batch at the end of the day. Mailing labels can also be generated for
each letter.
Making sure that certain reports get run on a regular basis is easily accomplished with the report scheduler.
With a few clicks you can choose any custom report or series of reports
and easily schedule them to be run daily, weekly, monthly or whenever
you wish. When the scheduled date arrives you are reminded of the list
of reports to run right after you log in.
