Multi-User Network Option
The extra-cost
Multi-User Network option allows multiple users, each from their own
workstation, to share common !Trak-It Applicant databases. It is
intended for companies where several employees need simultaneous access
to the applicant data. Once purchased, you are free to load the
software on an unlimited number of user workstations. This
option requires a Windows network. If you choose to have the Extract option, it requires
a Windows server with the .NET
runtime.
We offer a FREE working
Evaluation system so you can try before you buy. This Evaluation system
is the"real thing" with a few limitations, complete with a pre-loaded
sample employee database. User Manuals are available for download. Our Evaluation
system will demonstrate to you how easy !Trak-It Applicant
is to learn and how convenient it is to use. It is also a great way to
demonstrate !Trak-It Applicant's functionality and cost-reducing

Support and Training
!Trak-It Applicant is so easy
to learn and comfortable to use that most customers
train themselves while evaluating !Trak-It Applicant using the
full-function Evaluation system. Upon purchasing !Trak-It Applicant,
you will receive 30-days of FREE Technical Support and software
maintenance. This Technical Support includes telephone and email
support along with our Fast-Trak
training program to help you begin using our
software quickly. After the 30-day warranty period, it is recommended
that you subscribe to our annual Support and Updates Program which
entitles you to continuing telephone and email support with software
updates.
Getting Started Quickly with Fast-Trak
!Trak-It Applicant software has always been quick to install and begin
using. But there never seems to be enough time to learn how to get
things set up properly and most of our users don't have the time or
money for formal on-site or classroom training. In response, we created
Fast-Trak - our unique way to help
you quickly set up and start inputting data after installing our
software. We boiled it down to 6 steps in order to get you up and
running as the fastest as possible. Each step takes 15 to 30
minutes depending on the computer skills of the person using the system
and the additional questions that might be asked. Each call is
scheduled at your convenience and you are personally walked through the
steps while our Technical Support staff is on the phone with you.
