Built-In E-Mailing
Today more and more
communication with applicants, candidates,
recruiters and hiring managers is done via email. So we built email
capabilities right into Applicant so you can conveniently communicate
via email without exiting Applicant. Many of the screens have an email
button that generates an appropriate email, such as a reminder to the
supervisor you emailed a resume to them last week. There
is an email template designer that allows you to easily design and
readily use any email in your custom email library when communicating
with applicants. This Applicant email capability ties directly into
your in-house MAPI email system so you can use your own address book
and even add attachments if you wish.
The built-in emails are accessed via email buttons
on the main, follow-up, resume, invitation, routing, requisition,
requisition notes, publish and contacts screens, making it fast and
convenient to use email in your recruiting process. We have also
included a selection under the Help menu that allows you to quickly and
conveniently send an email to !Trak-It Technical Support.
