making the time to begin using !Trak-It Applicant can be a challenge to
both our new customers and those evaluating our software.
So, we invented Fast-Trak.
Fast-Trak is our unique way of helping a new
!Trak-It user quickly set up and start inputting employee information
after installing our software on their computer. Based on the extensive
experience of the !Trak-It Technical Support staff, these 6 steps in
this order are the fastest and easiest path to effectively start using
our software. Each step takes approximately 15 to 30 minutes depending
on the computer skills of the HR person using the system and the
additional questions that might be asked. Each call is scheduled at
your convenience and you are personally walked through the steps while
our Technical Support staff is on the phone with you.
