Software Description
!Trak-It HR's built-in e-mailer generates standard emails that are sent
to employees, supervisors or others by connecting to your MAPI
compliant emailer. Email buttons are included on the following screens:
Main Employee, Job, Assets, Events, Notes, Medical History, and
Contacts screens.
Under the Help menu, there are selections so you can conveniently email directly to !Trak-It Technical Support with the click of a button or to be connected to our website.
Web Connections
Web Connection buttons are included on the bottom of the Main Employee screen so you can directly connect to the web and use Arrin's HireHelper.com
to do an employee Background Check, schedule an on-line Assessment
test, or schedule a Drug Test (requires you to setup an account with Arrin).
!Trak-It HR Security
In today's world, security is more critical than ever. With !Trak-It
HR, the built-in security is very easy to setup and change. HR security
provides Screen access limited by each User ID. So when you setup a new
User ID you specify which screens the user can view an whether or not
they can edit the data on the screen. Each User ID allows the user to
change their own passwords as often as they wish and allows the
Administrator to set the number of days between mandatory changes.
