Built-In E-Mailing
As more and more employees have access to email it has become more
important for HR to be able to readily communicate with employees and
supervisors via email. !Trak-It pioneered a built-in emailer in an HR
system a few years ago. Our built-in emailer generates standard emails
that can be edited and then sent to employees, supervisors or others
via your company's email system.
Convenient email buttons are included on the
following screens: Main Employee, Job, Assets, Events, Notes, Medical
History, and Contacts screens. Since our emailer uses your company's
MAPI emailer such as Outlook or Eudora you can readily access your
personal address book to CC others as well as add attachments to
generated emails.
We also make it easy to contact us via email using
the selection under the Help menu that emails a message directly to
!Trak-It Technical Support.
