Updates for Customers
!Trak-It Solutions offers product
updates online. Updates are available only to those customers with a
current Support and Updates
Contract.
This form notifies us that you are using or have
downloaded the most
current version available. You will be prompted for a name and password
after you press the ’Download Now’
button. Each download is approximately 7 to 18 MB.
The
passwords to download change periodically. To obtain the current User
Name and Password for downloading an update, please
contact Technical Support:

click the ‘Download
Now’ button only once while we process your
submission.
To update an existing program to the new version
of !Trak-It
HR or !Trak-It Applicant:
- Download and run the software installer
- Choose "Custom or Upgrade"
- Choose
your license type for the software being updated
- Choose
the appropriate update configuration
- Be sure to
point the Installer to the folder where your !Trak-It software is
currently installed
- Continue with software update
