Software Updates for Customers!Trak-It Solutions offers product updates online. Updates are available only to those customers with a current
Support and Updates Contract.
This form notifies us that you are using or have downloaded the most current version available. You will be prompted for a name and password after you press the ’Download Now’ button. Each download is approximately 12 to 22 MB.
The passwords to download change periodically. To obtain the current User Name and Password for downloading an update, please contact Technical Support:

To update an existing program to the new version of
!Trak-It HR or
!Trak-It
Applicant:
- Download and run the software installer
- Choose "Custom or Upgrade"
- Choose your license type for the software being updated
- Choose the appropriate update configuration

Be sure to point the Installer to the folder where your !Trak-It software is currently installed
- Continue with software update
