Tracks Job Requisitions
The built-in job requisition database tracks all the particulars about
a job opening including the number of openings, pay ranges, supervisor,
costs, job description and much more. For each job requisition you can
specify an unlimited set of requirements and then have the system find
the matching candidates. Once found, they can be sent an invitation
letter and tracked until they are hired or rejected. With the Web
option these job openings can be dynamically posted to the user's web
site providing an on-line company job board complete with an on-line
job application that generates a text file that can be automatically
