!Trak-It Applicant includes a built-in direct connection to HireHelper
on the Web, without a doubt today's easiest and most cost-effective
method of conducting pre-employment background screening checks. With
just 3 clicks you're done in as little as 10 seconds - virtually
without ever leaving our Applicant software or entering additional
data! Web Option
!Trak-It Applicant's Web Interface option
provides these important capabilities: Once installed, the web option
dynamically posts only your currently open job requisitions to your
company's job board based on your job categories. Each job displayed on
your job board includes your job description and your requirements for
the job. If a visitor is interested in a particular job they can click
on the "Apply for This Job" button next to each opening. Doing so
allows them to either paste a copy of their resume into a text box
and/or fill out an on line job application. All responses are
automatically saved in a folder on your server for automated processing
via the Extract option.
This Web Option includes user modifiable HTML pages, CGI scripts
and ODBC calls to your !Trak-It Applicant databases.. Once your
webmaster installs this option there is no more maintenance, because as
you add job openings in !Trak-It Applicant they are immediately and
automatically posted to your web site. Likewise when a candidate
accepts a position, the job requisition is automatically closed in
!Trak-It Applicant and is no longer accessible from your web site.
